Paul, trained as an osteopath, later became interested in the mind and how we create happiness and suffering for ourselves and others. He retrained in NLP and life coaching to support people through transformation.

He then travelled to Peru to deepen his studies into the human condition. He has completed over 25 Vipassana meditation retreats and served as Centre Manager of the main UK centre.
